Summary
Sumimura Sumiko serves as the wife of Shuji and the daughter of Shigemori Sumimura, while also being the mother to Masamori, Yoshimori, and Toshimori. Although she is a kekkaishi, she does not hold the status of a Legitimate Successor. Her personality is defined by a logical yet perplexing demeanor that often comes across as cold, a trait she frequently employs intentionally to make those around her feel uncomfortable. Consequently, she is widely regarded by others as a negligent or absent mother, a label that consistently provokes intense anger in her sons, Masamori and Yoshimori.
