Summary
Minori is a human Kannagi of the Apprentice subclass, formerly a Tailor, who finds herself trapped within the MMORPG Elder Tale. Visually, she is a cute young girl with short brown hair styled into a one-sided ponytail. Her attire typically consists of a traditional Japanese Miko costume in red and white, though she opts for a red kimono-like robe while sleeping. Prior to the Catastrophe, Minori and her twin brother, Tohya, were associates of Shiroe. The ensuing chaos forced them into the malicious guild Hamelin, a situation that ultimately motivated Shiroe to take action to change the status quo in Akihabara and dismantle Hamelin. Following these events, both siblings joined the Log Horizon guild. Minori has held significant leadership roles, serving as a member of the Shibuya Raid Team and leading the Akiba Guild Hall Raid Party. In the real world, she is known as Minori Housaki with a birthday on September 18th. As the elder twin, having been born just moments before her brother, she is polite and well-mannered, often acting as a caretaker for her more impetuous sibling. Although both are in their second year of middle school, Tohya’s disability has contributed to a level of maturity beyond their years. Shiroe notes in the light novel that they are quite young compared to the general player base, given that the recommended age for playing Elder Tale is 15.
