Summary
Born on November 1, Mea Kurosaki stands 153 cm tall with a weight of 44 kg and measurements of 75-52-77 cm. As a character from To-Love-Ru Darkness, she is dispatched to Earth with the mission of retrieving the "old" Golden Darkness. It is later revealed that she is the younger sister of Yami, having been created by the same organization. Initially discovered alone, gazing out a window, she befriends Nana and gradually begins to view others as friends. In chapter 7, it appears she harbors sexual feelings for Rito. Described by Yami as a "second generation" transforming weapon, Mea possesses more advanced abilities than her sister. She can transform parts of her body into powerful energy weapons and enter the minds of sleeping individuals, such as Rito, to extract information. Like Yami, she utilizes her extremely long hair as a transformation medium. Unlike her sister, Mea has never known life outside of being a living weapon. Her earliest memories involve waking up in the rubble of the research station where she was born and meeting Nemesis, a living weapon from another project. She is initially confused by Yami’s choice to live a passive life on Earth, though she slowly comes to accept it. Despite this shift, she retains her self-perception as a weapon and longs for her sister to embrace that identity as well. Mea exhibits a laid-back and mischievous personality that occasionally borders on psychotic. She is rarely not smiling, especially during combat, and acts friendly toward both friends and foes. She enjoys teasing people, particularly Yuuki Rito and the girls who have feelings for him. She has made multiple references to Rito licking her body or her desire to do so, presenting these as jokes. However, Oshizu, during her possession of Mea, discovered that this desire is genuine. Oshizu also found that Mea’s mind contains a darkness so deep it nearly consumed her, leaving Oshizu highly mistrustful of Mea ever since.
