Summary
Tiger's Eye appears as a tall man with long blond hair, clad in tight tiger-striped pants and a white top, wielding a whip in combat. In the anime adaptation, he targets younger women, using his charm to lure them into traps before consulting their dream mirrors to locate the Pegasus. Although his known English is limited to "one, two, three" for trap activation, he demonstrates broader knowledge by asking a victim for the time. In the manga, he attempts to corrupt Sailor Mars with negative thoughts to steal her energy while she investigates a mysterious mirror hall. He is ultimately destroyed by the blast of her Mars Flame Sniper attack immediately after she transforms into her 'Super' form.
