Basque Grand, a Brigadier General often called the Iron Blood Alchemist, is an ambitious figure willing to go to any lengths to finish a mission. His unique alchemical title stems from his ability to transmute the iron found in his blood into various firearms and weapons. Additionally, Grand was in charge of the supposedly defunct Laboratory 5 in Central, where he operated with the secret goal of creating a philosopher's stone for his personal use.
