Summary
Masaaki Fukuyama is a celebrated pop star deeply admired by Shizuka. The character is modeled after the real-life Japanese artist Fukuyama Masaharu. He provides the voice for his own character in the three-hour special that aired on February 11, 2011, as well as in the movie adaptation. As a star, he is known for his wonderful smile. His hobbies include visiting onsen and photography, and his favorite foods are rice and turkey. His song Hatsukoi becomes a major hit with Sakuramochi, earning him a special appearance in Kohaku. His recent project is Roma-den, an epic drama about a knight in ancient Rome striving for change.
