Summary
Cliff is the son of a Plant engineer who bought land rich in water resources, allowing him to thrive by selling water to the town. Initially presenting himself as a humorous, caring elder solely focused on protecting the water and his guest Marianne, he even employs Vash as a bodyguard for assistance. He makes his debut in episode 2.
