Summary

At the age of sixty-two, Degwin Sodo Zabi was born in UC 0017 and passed away in UC 0079. As the Sovereign of the Principality of Zeon, he was the father of Gihren Zabi, Cicero Zabi, Kycilia Zabi, Dozle Zabi, and Garma Zabi, and the grandfather of Mineva Lao Zabi. Degwin served as Zeon’s chief of staff and claimed that Zeon, on his deathbed, named Degwin his successor. This circumstance led to a widespread but unproven assumption that Degwin was responsible for the sudden death of Zeon Deikun. Following this, Degwin purged Deikun’s loyalists, declared the Side 3 colony the Principality of Zeon, and assumed the title of Archduke. He subsequently initiated a war with the Earth Federation and appointed his children to high-ranking positions.
