Summary
Grevil de Blois is an aristocrat who coerced the local police into appointing him as a detective solely due to his fascination with criminal cases. His most striking physical feature is a drill-like hairstyle, which Kazuya jokes could serve as a lethal weapon. Despite being an incompetent investigator who constantly relies on Victorique to solve cases, he habitually denies her existence. When visiting the library, Grevil discusses his troubling cases with Kazuya to help clarify his thoughts, ignoring Kazuya’s suggestions to consult Victorique instead. Victorique instructs Kazuya to engage with the detective while she reads, advising him to ignore any muttering from her, as she is his half-sister. Although they are related, they cannot acknowledge each other in public. As the eldest son of their father’s legitimate wife, Grevil claims all the credit for solving crimes and is set to succeed their father. Victorique describes him as a heel and a playboy.
