Summary
Loki made his debut in Battle 48 as a Sei fighter who practices Katsujin Ken and specializes in Karate, particularly utilizing the Spear Hand technique with Tame. Formerly the Fourth Fist of Ragnarok, he now operates as a spy for the Shinpaku Alliance. His fighting style incorporates the use of all arm joints, and alongside his combat prowess, he is highly intelligent, leveraging knowledge of his opponents to gain an advantage. Although strong, Loki prioritizes victory by any means necessary. He once kidnapped Honoka after discovering she is Kenichi's sister, ignoring Hermit's objections. His true objective remains unclear, but he appears to be working to dismantle Ragnarok from within by sowing doubt among the Eight Fists to destabilize the organization. Niijima notes that both he and Loki adhere to the "Art of Evil," explaining Loki's willingness to use underhanded tactics. Loki's initial involvement involved using a "shadow" proxy to meet Niijima and target the Shinpaku Alliance. His thugs surrounded Niijima and his allies, but were defeated when Kenichi, Takeda, and Ukita intervened. Later, Loki conversed with Siegfried regarding Shinpaku, spotting Niijima spying on them. He permitted Siegfried to pursue Niijima and arranged for his deportation on a cargo ship. He ordered his subordinates to attack Kenichi and Miu, who attempted to rescue Niijima, though Loki did not fight personally. Subsequently, Loki met with Hermit and abducted Honoka, invoking Kensei's name to silence Hermit's protests. During Kenichi's fight with Hermit, Loki threatened to halt the battle while Number 20 held a knife to Honoka, pressuring Kenichi. Loki detailed Hermit's martial arts history to manipulate him. When Hermit refused, Loki joined the fray, but his plans failed when Hermit rescued Honoka. Odin broke Loki's goggles and reprimanded him for recklessly using Kensei's name, forcing Loki to retreat. Later, Loki trapped Niijima in a warehouse using a wall of "shadows" to block his escape. While he stalled Shinpaku, Ragnarok forces failed to capture Niijima. Loki used this failure to blame Odin for Ragnarok's troubles and introduced the New Eight Fists to replace the original members, taking the rank of second-in-command to Berserker. However, Loki and his new Fists were quickly defeated by Berserker, who had no interest in leading the gang. In Battle 306, Loki was seen sharing information about Yomi with Niijima, suggesting an ongoing alliance for intelligence gathering. It is noted that Loki harbors a fear of Yomi.
