Tetsuji Kabutoyama is a student in the 91st Generation at Tootsuki Culinary Academy. Like many of the second-year students who remain, he possesses a fierce bloodlust for battle and competition, driven by a constant desire to seek out strong opponents. He rigorously trains and refines his skills in anticipation of such encounters, a dedication that has earned him a fearsome reputation and the moniker 'Iron Skewer'. Despite his aggressive nature, Tetsuji proves to be a gracious loser when defeated, accepting the stipulated terms of any loss without complaint.
