Cell is a fictional supervillain from the Dragon Ball manga by Akira Toriyama, appearing in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. Created by Dr. Gero, he is the ultimate clone assembled from the cells of various series characters, earning the title of "perfect warrior." This genetic makeup grants him the traits, abilities, and personalities of fighters like Piccolo, Freeza, Vegeta, and Son Goku. Dr. Gero’s computer refined his base personality, merging these diverse traits to create the ideal weapon. His demeanor shifts significantly during the Androids Arc; initially driven to absorb Android 17 and Android 18 to complete his evolution, he becomes eager to test his limits in his final form. Unlike many other antagonists, Cell is sophisticated, using his composite biology to psychologically manipulate opponents and exploit their weaknesses.
