Summary
Bandou is a mid-30s operative within the National Police Agency's Special Assault Team. Despite being fully human, he possesses a homicidal nature and displays an apathy toward others comparable to the worst diclonius. He serves as a hardy and effective soldier. After Lucy maims him, he is repaired with bionic, cybernetic, and prosthetic implants, prompting his escape and a quest for revenge. He wields two or more Desert Eagle handguns, and in the manga, he utilizes additional weaponry like an RPG. These firearms fire .50 caliber rounds powerful enough that they cannot be blocked by vectors. While the bullets can be pushed off course at long range, they are unstoppable by Lucy at close range.
