Summary
A former clergyman, he murdered nineteen individuals prior to his incarceration. The Apostles subsequently broke him out of prison, granting him the power to decay and rot anything that touches his body, as well as extend his aura to affect the surrounding area. After being captured by Saya, he becomes consumed by an obsession with revenge against her.
