Summary
Otto is a girl who possesses a boyish appearance and is one of the final Numbers to be completed, alongside Deed and Sette. Her taciturn nature makes communication with others difficult, yet she shares a strong bond with Deed. Because of their similar personalities, the two enjoy a silent mutual understanding. In the absence of her older sisters, Otto assumes leadership of the late generation Numbers.
