Kaguya Otsutsuki is the mother of Hagoromo Otsutsuki and Hamura Otsutsuki. She consumed the fruit of the Shinju, which transformed her into the progenitor of chakra and a key component in the creation of the Ten-Tails. Her story was first introduced in Chapter 670 of the manga.
