Summary
Yuuichi Ezaki is a seventeen-year-old second-year high school student who finds himself hospitalized due to hepatitis A. While recovering, he notices Rika, a beautiful girl residing in the hospital’s east wing, which is designated for patients with serious conditions. Encouraged by the nurse Akiko to befriend her, Yuuichi initially frustrates Rika by refusing to read her favorite book. However, she offers to forgive him if he complies with whatever she commands. Eager to earn her forgiveness, Yuuichi agrees to her terms. As they spend more time together, he falls deeply in love with Rika, becoming willing to risk everything just to stay by her side.
