Summary
Within the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise, Tokwan served as an officer under Char Aznable and operated the MA-05 Bigro from a Zanzibar-class cruiser. Char intercepts Tokwan’s vessel as the White Base prepares to depart for space, utilizing the captured ship to pursue them. During the ensuing battle, Tokwan pilots the Bigro against Amuro Ray in the RX-78-2 Gundam but is swiftly eliminated when a beam rifle round from the Gundam destroys the Bigro’s cockpit. Following this loss, another pilot named Dimitri launches the MA-04X Zakrello in an attempt to avenge Tokwan, only to meet the same fate at the hands of the Gundam.
