Summary
Raggs, Weldeschtein Krom serves as Teito's father and the former monarch of Raggs. He is responsible for sealing Teito's memories and, unaware that the Pope might conceal Verloren's body within Teito to create 'The Pandora's Box', he ensured his son's soul remained secure by making him the Vessel of the Eye of Michael. The Barsburg Empire subsequently launched an attack on Raggs, erroneously believing the nation had declared war after their messenger was killed and they assumed Raggs had stolen Pandora's Box. Ultimately, the King of Raggs was slain during the conflict with the Military by Ayanami.
