Summary
Operating as masked ghoul brothers and high-ranking executives within the Aogiri Tree organization, they command a significant following, with the majority of ghouls in the 11th ward serving as their subordinates. The pair is known to hold a strong conviction in the ideology of the One Eyed King. In combat, their Kagune manifests as the Bikaku type. Despite their prominent roles, they were never assigned individual names.
