Summary
Mitsuhiko Hoshi is a thirty-three-year-old Japanese language teacher and the homeroom instructor for class 2-4 at Narimori Girls' High School. In the staff room, he sits beside Kobayashi-sensei. He is recognizable by his glasses and his consistent choice of stand-up collar shirts. Hoshi resides with his wife and their young daughter. During his university years, he was an active member of the Manga Research Club. His demeanor shifts dramatically when he has been drinking; while he remains stoic and emotionless when sober, he becomes prone to frequent laughter when intoxicated.
