Summary
Mr. Duffi serves as the mine boss and is a highly respected leader within the town. Although he is Pazu's employer, he and his wife Okami both look out for the orphaned boy. When Pazu befriends Sheeta, Mr. Duffi protects her as well, even standing up to the air pirates on her behalf. He is rightly proud of his immense strength, which becomes evident during a competition with Louis to see who is stronger. While Louis flexes his chest and arm muscles until his shirt rips, Mr. Duffi proves to be even stronger, growing larger and shredding his shirt even more dramatically.
