Shirahama, Saori

Summary

Making her debut in Battle 2, Shirahama Saori is the thirty-eight-year-old wife of Mototsugu and the mother of Kenichi and Honoka. A woman of thirty-eight with a height of 168cm and a weight of 54kg, she possesses a slender yet curvaceous build with a sizable bust that belies her middle age, earning her a reputation for being quite attractive. Her fair skin and brown eyes, traits she passed down to her offspring, complement her straight, chin-length brown hair. Her hairstyle features strands hanging between her eyes and framing her face, with a shoulder-length ponytail at the back. During her teenage years, she was already renowned for her beauty and developed figure, sporting long brown hair that reached her waist. In the present, she typically wears pink lipstick, a plain yellow shirt layered over a purple long-sleeved top, and a short skirt with stockings, often donning a plain apron while doing chores. Personality-wise, Saori serves as the calm and collected anchor of the Shirahama household, contrasting sharply with her husband’s goofy and overly protective nature. She usually remains composed, only becoming agitated when Mototsugu embarrasses or annoys her. She frequently has to subdue him in comical fashion, particularly when he becomes overly excited and attempts to bring his shotgun, Sebastian, to the Ryozanpaku dojo. Saori often praises Mototsugu for his fatherly efforts, which is necessary because he tends to break down in tears after delivering inspiring speeches to Kenichi. She can be quite threatening when provoked; for instance, she once scratched her nails against a wall and gave a menacing look when Mototsugu tried to reveal that she had given him love letters in their youth, even threatening to expose that he was actually the one who sent her many letters. Despite her occasional scary demeanor, she deeply loves her husband, consistently addressing him as "anata." Regarding her children, Saori is supportive and gentle, never raising her voice and always ensuring their safety. She backed Kenichi’s decision to move into Ryozanpaku, offering support despite her initial worries, and advised Honoka to give Kenichi’s masters a gift for good luck.
