Summary
Bai Yuekui is the daughter of Bai Jingyu, who serves as both the mayor of Kuchuan City and a genius brain scientist. She previously underwent brain replacement surgery followed by extensive human body modification to acquire extraordinary powers, after which she roamed the post-apocalyptic landscape for decades. It is widely suspected that her transformation involved the use of the "Angel Potion" and the "Miracle K Potion".
