In this sequel, former Wilderness Hunter Commander Marc has become a ruthless killer who now targets lighthouses. Guided by the mysterious Bai Yuekui, he sets out on a new mission. Survivors from the surface world bring word that the lighthouse is not humanity's final sanctuary. Faced with hardship, they awaken their innate powers to fight against the Mana ecosystem. Bai Yuekui's past is deeply connected to Marc's origins and the reason behind the apocalypse. At the same time, the enormous brain inside the lighthouse stirs awake, old threats remain, and a fresh danger emerges. As unprecedented catastrophes draw closer, the two human factions must determine their final course of action.
