Summary
Kei Arakawa is a second-year student at Sangamaki High School in North Osaka and serves as a supporting character in the spin-off manga Saki Achiga-hen episode of side-A. Recognized as the strongest player on her team, she leads Sangamaki into the prefectural qualifying tournament, where they ultimately fall to Senriyama High School. In the previous year, Kei secured the second overall rank in the high school national individual mahjong tournament. Her skill level is so formidable that she is regarded as a monster player, capable of competing directly against both Satoha and Teru Miyanaga from Rinkai.
