Yokosuka, Megumi
Summary
Fourteen-year-old Yokosuka Megumi is the younger sister of Joe. Since her brother was taken away and given to a man as an adopted child, she has been living entirely alone in an orphanage. Joe, who was actually sold to an inter-gender sex offender, is terrified that the orphanage caretaker might force a similar fate upon Meg. Addressed by her brother as 'Meg,' she loves Joe more than anything else in the world. To avoid becoming a burden to him, she has chosen to live her life independently, refusing any reliance on others.
