Summary
Sayoko Kuroki is one of Yusaku’s classmates from college. She recruits him to join the school’s puppet theater club. Sayoko plays a more significant role later in the series when she helps Yusaku secure a part-time job at the preschool where she works, a move that sets him on the path toward his ultimate career goal. In the anime adaptation, it is Kozue who provides Yusaku with this preschool position instead.
