Summary
As a senior in Class 13 and a member of the Thirteen Party within the Flask Plan, Takachiho possesses extraordinary reflexes that earn him the title of the strongest individual in his group. During his childhood, his Abnormality allowed him to dominate in sports, fostering a superiority complex. Although he never considered using his powers for illegal or malicious purposes, a devastating car accident at age twelve profoundly altered his perspective. Sandwiched between a tractor and a tour bus, he survived due to his abilities while his parents and younger sister perished. This trauma shifted his self-image from feeling special to viewing himself as a freak. Seeking to encounter someone superior to himself, he agreed to join the Flask Plan when approached by Hakama Shiranui.
