Arisawa, Atsushi
Summary
Arisawa Atsushi began his studies at Jougaoka High School under the mistaken impression that his first love, Shibata Masami, was employed there as an instructor. In reality, Masami has left the institution, and his twin brother, Masayoshi, has assumed the role of school physician. Due to their striking physical resemblance, Atsushi mistakenly identifies Masayoshi as his former crush. He only uncovers the truth after developing genuine romantic feelings for the doctor.
