Summary
Palmer, known as the Tower Tycoon, serves as the leader of the Battle Tower in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. He is the father of Pearl and shares a striking resemblance to his son in both appearance and personality, often appearing to be in a constant rush. It is suggested that he is a close friend of the player character's father, as the two once visited a lake together along with the player and their rival, where they were attacked by wild Pokémon.
