Summary
Constructed by the professor as the second iteration of the Biscuit series, this robot bears a striking resemblance to the earlier Biscuit No. 1 model. The primary visual distinction between the two is the number displayed on the hat. However, unlike his predecessor, Biscuit No. 2 was specifically engineered with the capability to speak.
