Summary
Liam Roach serves as an Amestrian State Military Officer assigned to Fort Briggs, operating under the direct authority of Major General Armstrong. He initially made his appearance in Baschool while serving under Major Miles, tasked with the mission to apprehend Scar. In the spring of 1915, Roach joined forces with Mick Murray to ensure Winry Rockbell's safe return home. On the agreed-upon date, both officers remained at Rockbell Automail to guard Pinako Rockbell and Winry, yet they were ultimately powerless to intervene against the activation of the Nationwide Transmutation Circle.
