Summary
Haruo Niijima is a calculating outcast who first appeared in Chapter 1. Standing at 172 cm and weighing 62 kg, he is a 17-year-old Sei practitioner who utilizes Katsujin Ken and has developed his own personal escape art. Often mistaken for an alien due to his peculiar nature and abilities, his ultimate goal is world domination. Although he lacks physical strength, he compensates with exceptional strategic acumen and intelligence-gathering skills. During his time in the Newspaper Club, he compiled detailed profiles of every club member onto his palm pilot.
