As the biological mother of Kagura Souma and the adoptive mother of Isuzu "Rin" Souma, she joined the family before the events of Fruits Basket began. Although she and her husband initially clashed frequently, likely due to tensions surrounding Kagura's role as a Zodiac member, they eventually resolved their conflicts and became supportive parents to Kagura.
