Gouki Mutou is a tall 190cm individual distinguished by his pointed hair. As the Ace and an honor student of Logi, he is widely recognized for his exceptional expertise with transport tools, possessing the rare ability to operate everything from standard cars to nuclear submarines. During the period when Kinji served in the assault class, the two traveled together to a crime scene, where Gouki demonstrated his driving prowess by piloting a scooter that performed with the speed and intensity of a rocket, a feat requiring significant aptitude. Kinji regards him as a Transportation Otaku due to his encyclopedic knowledge of vehicles across land, sea, and air. In terms of weaponry, he prefers a Colt Python revolver for its ease of maintenance, despite its low capacity and incompatibility with suppressors, making it an unusual choice for a Butei. Socially, he is not well-liked by women, as his behavior is considered too wild, even though he is not inherently malicious.
