Summary
Gonzaemon Ushimata serves as the senior instructor and headmaster of the Kogan-Ryuu dojo. He is renowned for his extreme devotion and obedience, a trait most visibly demonstrated when he stood motionless while his master, Iwamoto Kogan, vented blind rage by striking him repeatedly, an ordeal that resulted in the destruction of most of his teeth. Additionally, Ushimata undertakes annual summer tours to various other dojos, issuing challenges to demonstrate and reinforce the formidable nature of the Kogan Ryuu fighting style.
