Fish Eye
Summary
Fisheye appears as a slender, effeminate male with long, pale blue hair. In the anime, he, along with Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye, targets young males as his ideal romantic interests. While his magical abilities are water-based, he prefers throwing knives, though he is notably unskilled at it. He frequently uses crossdressing as a disguise to pass as a woman and attract his typically heterosexual male targets, although he was honest about his gender with one gay victim. Unlike his more superficial cohorts, Fisheye harbors a paradoxical, genuine affection or childish crush for many of his victims, which fades only after they reject him. This included Mamoru Chiba, whom he developed feelings for and even kissed. He is also the first of the trio to question the morality of their actions, leading to wavering loyalty that puts him in danger when Zirconia nearly kills him. Later in the series, he and the others are sublimated into Pegasus' world and promised rebirth as real humans. In the manga, Fisheye has a minor role where he is sold to Ami Mizuno in fish form. He traps her by causing nightmares about her father abandoning her, but she defeats him with Mercury Aqua Rhapsody and is subsequently killed by Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon.
