Summary
Lucian, also known as Goyou, serves as a master Psychic-type Trainer and holds a position within the Sinnoh Elite Four. He first appeared in the episode "An Elite Meet and Greet!" where he was initially shown battling with his Girafarig on television. Subsequently, he encountered Ash and his friends at a Pokémon Center, engaging in a match against Dawn's Buizel. During this confrontation, Lucian deployed his Bronzong, which proved largely immune to Buizel's attacks. The battle concluded when Bronzong utilized Flash Cannon to secure victory after launching a Gyro Ball. Lucian also made a brief television cameo in "Top-Down Training!" where he was depicted fighting against Cynthia and her Garchomp.
