Summary
Kouji Haneda is a professional shogi player and the older brother of Shuukichi. Seventeen years ago, he became the second victim of a case involving American politician Amanda Hughes. Both were assassinated by the Black Organization using the drug APTX 4869, although their deaths were publicly dismissed as unsolved mysteries.
