Summary
As the head of the Matsumae-Han officials, Tamoto is easily recognized by his distinctive straw hat. He is known for spreading falsehoods regarding Okuru and made his first notable appearance during the assault on Mugen. He later attended a meeting at a temple where he authorized his subordinates to eliminate Mugen should the latter interfere with their mission once more.
