Summary
Rex serves as a member of the cult of Diablos, an organization that recruits magic-wielding children from across the country to undergo rigorous training and brainwashing. Unlike many of his peers who lose their identities, Rex managed to retain his mind through this process, allowing him to rise in rank and earn the privilege of a name. Now recognized as a dangerous fighter, he led a detachment of the cult's nameless pawns in a raid against the Royal Academy of Magical Swordsmen of Midgar.
