Summary
Chie is a human photographer who operates as an information broker. She has been a long-time friend of Shuu Tsukiyama and, while aware of his secret identity as a Ghoul, she has no interest in exposing him. At his behest, she acts as an informant for Kaneki's group. Chie actively seeks out the members of the Quinx Squad, offering to sell them information regarding Torso. Her motivation for this interaction stems from an unusual fascination with their leader, Sasaki.
