Summary
Mutobe, Chihiro served as the trusted right-hand man to Shidou Dairenji, operating within the Spirit Division while maintaining his affiliation with Twin Horn. Two years following the initial Spiritual Terrorism, he orchestrated a disaster of comparable magnitude in collaboration with Douman, executing a failed spiritual catastrophe known as "The Second Purification of the Dolls." He ultimately perished from a self-inflicted death curse spell before he could be taken into custody by Zenjirou Kogure.
