The name is somewhat misleading, as Hirasaka views the malevolent acts of a religious cult with the same severity as littering. While his diary’s capabilities mirror the Sixth’s "Thousand League Eyes," it functions instead as the "Thousand League Hearing," allowing him to generate illusions through hypnosis. Hirasaka appears to be unhinged and proudly styles himself as a Hero of Justice. He communicates using katakana rather than hiragana and defines justice strictly as supporting the victor. His attire consists of spandex, a toy transformation belt typical of Super Sentai series, and a peculiar one-hole mask resembling a large eyeball. His name is derived from Pluto, also known as Hades, the Roman deity of the Afterlife.
