Summary
Havia belongs to the influential Winchell family and entered the military to accumulate the fame necessary to inherit the family leadership. He serves as Qwenthur's closest friend and mission partner, usually taking charge of combat duties. It is eventually revealed that his true ambition is to assume control of the Winchell family to resolve the long-standing feud with the rival Vanderbilt family, thereby clearing the path to marry his fiancée from the Vanderbilts.
