Summary
Free is an eccentric lion who generally maintains a detached attitude toward matters that do not directly impact him, yet he remains a fundamentally good individual despite serving under two distinct leaders. He consistently displays respect for his superiors, particularly Louis, prioritizing the organization's goal of restraining Louis’s carnivorous instincts despite the latter being a herbivore. This devotion is most evident during the Shishigumi’s final confrontation, where Free is tasked by his partner Ibuki to intervene if Ibuki attempts to attack Louis. Watching Louis closely throughout the conflict, Free steps in to stop Ibuki when he tries to eat his partner. He then escorts Louis away, facilitating his escape from the organization to pursue a better life, while issuing a stern warning that he will devour Louis alive should he encounter him in the Black Market again.
