Summary
Andre Camel is a brutish-looking FBI agent who once accidentally exposed Shuichi Akai’s true identity to the Black Organization, thereby hindering Akai’s undercover mission. Believing that this error led to the death of Akai’s love interest at the hands of the syndicate, Camel has felt indebted to Akai ever since.
