William Orwell, known by his Sorcery name Flere210, which translates to "The one who changes the reason of tears," possesses the inherent nature of "God's Power." He stands as the most physically robust member of his group. Originally serving as a mercenary for the Anglican church, he later converted to Catholicism and joined God's Right Seat. Unlike his peers, who are often corrupt, Orwell remains uncorrupted and is the sole member who does not disregard the opinions of the Pope. Although he cannot utilize the spells available to standard sorcerers, he is granted the spell "Divine Mother's Mercy." This ability neutralizes the liabilities associated with certain special spells, enabling him to cast powerful magic even under unfavorable conditions. Furthermore, he holds the capacity of a saint, granting him super-human strength that allows him to wield weapons twice his size. The spell "Divine Mother's Mercy" also removes the Limiter on his body, permitting him to utilize one hundred percent of his saintly capabilities.
