Summary
Flears Dorlo is a Seigi Choujin hailing from the USA on Earth who serves as the Chairman of the World Supermen Association. His character design serves as a parody of Lord Blears. In his past, he was a student of God Von Erich alongside Edith Harrison and Sheik Seijin. Although he maintains a generally serious demeanor, he occasionally breaks character to perform outlandish stunts, such as earnestly suggesting he become Kinnikuman's partner in the US tag tournament. He is deeply passionate about securing the rights and dues for the Choujin under his care, a cause so important to him that he had a theme park constructed in St. Louis.
